How long is a traineeship?
Depending on the traineeship undertaken it can be anywhere between 12 months and 24 months. Training sessions are staggered to ensure as little interruption as possible, however some on the job learning will be involved. Where will the training occur?
To encourage greater skills transference, UTS utilises a combination of on the job and classroom style learning. This allows students to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge and allows them to experience what they are learning about first hand under careful supervision.
