It also covers your rights and responsibilities and includes the Policies and Procedures that are relevant to your studies and time spent at the College. Student Rights and Responsibilities
It is a condition of enrolment that students read the Student Rights and Responsibilities.
It is also a requirement that students sign a Declaration to say that they agree with their Rights and Responsibilities..

Complaints and Appeals
We are committed to protecting the rights of our students and have a Complaints and Appeals process to deal with complaints about any of our services or appeals against assessment decisions.
If you wish to make a complaint or lodge an appeal, please read the Complaints and Appeal Policy and Procedure and fill in the appropriate form. Or, if you require help to complete the process, please contact the office.
